Learn how to create a very effective and basic
radial twirl with only two steps.
Step 1: Create a new document 450 x 300px,
and fill the background black. Go up to Filter->Render->Lens Flare and put 2
lens flares like in the position below (50-300mm Zoom).
Step 2: Next, go up to Filter->Distort->Twirl (Amount 430). Now duplicate
the layer and go up to Image->Adjustments->Hue/Saturation and check the
"Colorize" box and select a dark purple color. Than go up to Filter->Blur->Radial
Blur (Amount: 100, Zoom, Best) and put the blending mode on "Overlay." Add
whatever else you would like and boom.
