Learn how to create a very simple tweaked cloud effect.

Step 1: Open New Document, 500x500 make the bg Black.

Step 2: Go to Filter Render Clouds.


Step 3: Duplicate the layer useing CTRL+j , Then press CTRL+ALT+U to change the Hue/saturation. use my settings Below.


Step 4: Put the Blending mode on Overlay and Merge Layers. you should have something like below.


Step 5: Duplicate the layer Useing CTRL+J , Then go to Edit+Transform+Flip Vertical. Put the blending mode on lighten and merge the layers. you should have something like below.


Step 6: Duplicate the layer again by useing CTRL+J , Then go to Edit+Transform+Flip Horizlontal. put the blending mode on lighten and merge the layers. You should have something like below.


Step 7: Duplicate the layer one more time by useing CTRL+J , then go to Edit+Transform+Flip 90dg, Put the blending mode on lighten and merge the layers. you should have something like below.


Step 8: Duplicate the layer useing CTRL+J , Then go to Filter+Sketch+CHrome, put the blending mode on Color burn and merge the layers. you should have something like below.
