A very simple photo effect, but everyone needs
to know how to sketch out an image!
Step 1: Start by opening any picture you
would like, black and white images usually work best for this effect. Than duplicate
the image you just opened so you have a total of two layers.
Step 2: With the newly created layer selected (the top layer), go up
to Image -> Adjustments -> Threshold, and play with the settings till you get
something like this.
Step 3: Now set the top layers Blending Mode to Screen to get a cool
outlined shaded drawing effect like this, simple but great for shirt, skateboard
decks, and other designs!
